James Robertshaw further invests in new machinery and personnel

2023 has seen many changes at James Robertshaw. To enhance the recently installed mezzanine floor at their Greater Manchester site (doubling their operational footprint), JR has further invested in several cutting-edge pieces of machinery. In advancing our in-house technology all processes are fully automated. This will enable JR to offer new products to their trade sub-dealer network and support our existing clients and welcome further/additional clients to penetrate alternative market sectors and win new customers.

The high-resolution printer draws our branding and image offering to new heights of creativity. In collaboration with our in-house design team, we can offer a myriad of options to any textile or product (timber, aluminium, steel). We can literally print anything onto, well, anything! The printer will create new products from printed roller blinds using the client’s own design and image to UV stable external products guaranteed through hours of thorough testing.

At this point we are delighted to introduce and welcome our new Sales Manager Chris Morris. With his extensive experience, industry knowledge and client base Chris is a valued member of the growing JR team. As the official UK distributor of Giovanardi and Serge Ferrari solar protection textiles, James Robertshaw through Chris is well placed to support all clients with your textile requirements.

Our roll to roll fabric inspection machine checks for any flaws preventing any unnecessary wastage and unwanted errors. Furthermore, the automatic sewing machine together with our operatives continues to produce quality covers and blind systems. Our hot air welding machine has got you covered if sewing the fabric is not the preferred option.
